In an era of rapid change, economic and social pressures, increasing digitization, and the impacts of the pandemic, not all adults are following the same path of growth, and this disparity is a cause for concern. Our project aims to provide support for navigating, increasing self-awareness, and autonomously assessing acquired skills, both through passive and active learning. We base our commitment on the need to promote lifelong learning, especially for adults with low levels of skills and qualifications. Our goal is to actively engage adults in training activities, promoting broad and inclusive participation.

The innovative projectproduct will be an intelligent platform where adults can create their profile, map their formal skills (basic and technical), non formal and informal, highlight areas of strength and improvement, participate in refresher courses or intellectual re-orientation, be supported by a digital counselor, have certificated skills with blockchain technique.
