The Project Planning will be divided into six steps:

1 European Report on new interventions in the field

  of adult education (and related individual countries 

  analysis) 

2 E-SF Platform and contents (intellectual 

  orientation courses on competences, e-wellbeing, 

  toolkits, etc;

3 Creation of the figure of Digital Counselor;

4 Certification of skills with blockchain;

5 Pilot testing of the Platform;

6 Organization of dissemination and awareness events.
