The innovative product of the project is a smart platform where adults can create their own profile, map their formal (basic and technical), nonformal and informal skills: highlight areas of strength and improvement, participate in intellectual refresher or reorientation courses, be supported by a digital consultant, have skills certified with the blockchain technique.
A technological, easily manageable and usable administrative and communication management platform.
A community of best practices that will influence the system.
