The “Cultural e-competencies in open air” project focuses on promoting cultural competencies through digitization and innovative technologies, with a special emphasis on cultural and environmental heritage.
It aims to create a new e-learning model, developing creative and interdisciplinary skills, while citizens take on a new role as “Culture Builders.”
To create a new open-air museum experience of skills, first and foremost, scientific and administrative coordination of all project activities is necessary through a detailed plan of activities, timelines, responsibilities, expected results, monitoring, evaluation, as well as timely reporting and communication with partners and external clients.

Furthermore, the project aims to stimulate long-term reflection on belonging, connection with nature, and cultural heritage, thus contributing to the social well-being of the communities involved.
