In short term it is necessary to provide a single and integrated system of response to training needs; encourage the development of digital and technological skills of adults; carry out training, communication and cooperative events to help people grow within the community and finally create an e-SF dossier.
In the medium term it is necessaty to organize seminars fousing on:
– office automation
– digitisation
– cyber security;
improve the quality of training of all local stakeholders, promote social inclusion by also interfacing with the different realities.

The long term goal envisages a territorial network of active citizenship to counter social marginalization; improve the quality of training of local stakeholders and strengthen the competitiveness of the social fabric
